Following weeks of issues withÂ faulty batteries and burning phones, Samsung has put the final nail in the Galaxy Note 7‘s coffin.
SamsungÂ recently asked all of its sales partners to stop selling the Galaxy Note 7Â to avoid any more issues with customers. NowÂ Samsung has gone a step further and officially announced that it is permanently ending sales and production of the Galaxy Note 7.
As of now, Samsung says it is important that Galaxy Note 7 owners power down their device and “take advantage of the remedies available.”
The major wireless carriers in the United StatesÂ and Best Buy have all confirmed that customers can return their Galaxy Note 7 and exchange itÂ for a different phone.
