Fancy throwing your phone in a river but want the best display you can buy in a smartphone? How about taking pictures in a sandstorm with the best camera Android has to offer? Then we have a leak for you.
GSM Arena has gotten their hands on photos of what appear to be an AT&T-branded Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. Like previous Active series devices, the S6 Active looks like it’s built to withstand the elements. And it seems to retain most of its features over from the normal Galaxy S6, Exynos 7420, 5.1-inch QHD display, 16-megapixel camera and all. It does ditch the fingerprint sensor, but more than makes up for it with a 3,500mAh battery, 900mAh bigger than the one found in the Galaxy S6.
It’s worth noting that there’s no way to know if this is the real deal just yet, but we have no reason to believe it isn’t. If S6 Active units are in the wild now, expect to see more leaks start showing up shortly.
