Twitter is a place that many people go to share news, opinions, and more, and starting today you won’t even need to go to Twitter to get that info.
Google is now inserting Twitter tweets into its mobile search results. The feature is rolling out first to the Google app for Android as well as mobile browsers on phones and tablets. It’s only going to be in English initially, but Google says that it’s working on adding more languages as well as desktop support.
While these tweets will take up a bit of space in your Google search results, often times they can provide you with information that you won’t get from a regular source, or at least they’ll give you relevant info without making you jump to a web page. Because of this, we’d say that these tweets that are being injected into Google search results are pretty helpful.
